Shell redesign for media box

The project was primarily an attempt to mass produce high-quality plastic casings. The prototype of this product is Mi Box, which is a media box. The first step was to replace the shell, and I chose my favorite hexagon. Because the hexagon has a stronger support structure and has more space. Then I tried to simulate a series of injection molding processes in SolidWork software, when these steps pass. I commissioned a factory to make my 3D models. I ended up with my colorless model and I tried different color schemes and in KeyShot I ended up with black and red. And finally I put it back together and photographed it with the TV.
